[Okay but seriously, Rin's not going to be the one cooking today. He hasn't actually slept in over 72 hours (minus a few short bursts of rest here and there) so he will either be passed out somewhere or sitting there groggily trying to process everything that's happened.

[It's odd, but he doesn't fight it? He's moreso confused by it. But since A-Qing is blind he's also wondering if it's a blind person thing.

Watch out for the horn nubbins on his forehead though. They're rounded, but they can still hurt if you bang a finger against them.]

[It does a little! They're more like bony growths under his skin, because there's definitely skin covering them entirely. He wrinkles his forehead at the touch.]

Those are horns, I think. But they're really small.

[It's cuddle week and Rin likes touch anyway, so Alphinaud is fine to sit there. As a twin, he understands better than most.

He does speak, in a quiet voice:]

I'll be okay. We still gotta rescue them all, right? So I can't just sit here forever.

[He can for now though, he's allowed to be sniffly today at least.]

Alphinaud is silent for a moment, then: ]

Aye, that we must. But pray, mourn all you need. Your grief is no less important.

[He shifts a little at that, not sure how to explain things.]

I'm...not good at that part. The whole 'grieving' thing. Even when Dad died, I think I only cried that night and started my training to be an exorcist the next day. I don't know what I'd do with myself if I just sat here sad for days and days.
